FOLKS ARE ASKING: IS CBD OIL LEGAL IN OKLAHOMA?
As is the case with other U.S. states, much of the confusion surrounding CBD oil in Oklahoma is traceable to the 2018 Farm Bill. When this bill was passed way back in December 2018, it essentially permitted the growth of industrial hemp, with stipulations that plants must not contain levels of THC higher than 0.3% by dry weight.
However, the assumption that the Farm Bill makes CBD allowed to grow in all 50 U.S. states is not exactly accurate. Each state still has the option to “choose” whether or not they want to adopt the stipulations put forth in the Farm Bill. If they opt-in, so to speak, the state agriculture committee must put together a regulatory plan and submit to the USDA for approval before farmers can start cultivating industrial hemp.
For these reasons, consumers must pay close attention when it comes to finding quality CBD in Oklahoma. Though there are plenty of stores across the state that sell various CBD products, few (if any) of these are made from Oklahoma-grown hemp – regardless of what the CBD store (or the product label) might say. OK residents must do plenty of research if they want to find safe, reliable CBD products that are worth their money.

CBD OIL IN OKLAHOMA
You can travel to plenty of cities in Oklahoma and buy CBD. However, we would recommend avoiding ‘gas station CBD.’ These locations are often unable to provide any third-party lab reports. In many cases, the seller doesn’t even know much about the brand as they act as an outside party.
Rather than playing Russian Roulette, the sensible play is to focus on reputable online sellers – such as PureKana. In doing this not only can you closely examine things like lab reports, which allow you to know exactly what you’re buying and putting into your body, but you can also read through hundreds of real customer reviews to get an idea of how well a product actually works. And speaking of products, there are a lot to choose from. Let’s take a quick look at the various types of CBD for sale in Oklahoma that you might come across.
